By using this site and placing orders you agree to these Terms & Conditions. ForrestJordan.art sells printed artwork within the United States only.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices displayed are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.

Payment

Payments are processed via third-party payment processors, primarily PayPal and Venmo. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. Refunds (if applicable) will generally be processed through the original payment method (PayPal or Venmo).

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is available within the continental United States only. Shipping times and costs are described at checkout. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact contact@forrestjordan.art for inquiries.

Intellectual Property

All artwork and site content are the intellectual property of Forrest Jordan and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print does not transfer ownership of the artwork or reproduction rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForrestJordan.art is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
